So we do three things differently. We quote a flat price on the phone or on the driveway before any tool comes out, and it does not move. We stock the common parts on every van so you are not waiting a week for a spring that every supplier in Michigan has on the shelf. And when a repair genuinely is not worth doing, we give you both numbers and let you decide rather than deciding for you.
